Players must first participate in a regional/local qualifying tournament unless exempt to play in the state tournament.   To participate in one of the qualifiers, click on the regional entry form, print it out, and mail it with your check.    We are unable to take credit card payments. 

Once you have qualified for the state tournament, or have received notice that you are exempt for the state tournament, click on the state entry form, print the form, complete and mail with your check as indicated on the entry form.

The 2012 entry forms will be available shortly.  We are trying to set up credit payments as an option.
